We are looking for a Principal Sales Engineer to join the team to help scale our rapidly growing business.
As a Principal Systems Engineer, you and your Regional Sales Director will be responsible for presenting Banyan's Zero Trust Network Access solution to prospective customers, creating and delivering demonstrations of the products, gathering customer technical requirements, creating evaluation test plans with customers, and then managing the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
You will work closely with customers and partners as their primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the HQ Support team. You will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.
You are a seasoned technologist who understands the challenges organizations face in implementing innovative technologies into complex IT environments across heterogeneous environments. You have engineering depth, a customer-first mentality, and the desire to ensure customers achieve their business and security objectives with our products.
